Rain...Rain...

Rain.
I believe Milli Vanilli said it best when they said, "Blame it on the rain". If you haven't listened to Milli Vanilli in a while, shame on you. Sure they are famous for lip sync, but still a "classic" late 80s band. (I use the word "classic" loosely, like MC Hammer pants).
LOTS of rain in Knoxville.
But it couldn't have come at a better time. We did get some plants on Friday and got them in the ground and then it rained for 3 days. That's beautiful, couldn't ask for better weather for fresh plants.
Very low key weekend for us after planting the flowers.
I did have a Mexico reunion on Saturday evening. It is amazing to reunite with a group of people that you served with and see how quickly you begin remembering and reflecting on what happened on the trip. I am so fortunate to work alongside some amazing volunteers and college students. These are not college students who were just looking for a place to go over spring break, but really young adults who wanted to give their life away for the sake of the gospel for a week.
While I was at the reunion Davis and Katie were at Christian's 14th Birthday party. Unbelievable that he is already 14. Happy Birthday to him.

It's hard to believe, but we have begun our last full week as a family of 3.
Gonna eat up a lot of Davis time this week!
