I'm finding that I am a goal setter.
Financially I do much better with a goal in mind.
With my weight... well we all remember BabyFat.
So now my next goal.
Running a 10k on October 24th.
For those metrically challenged like myself a 10k is 6.2miles.
Noting intense, but a goal.
The cool thing about this race is there are no fees, no sign ups, just find a place and run 10k on Oct 24th.
If you are in the Knoxville area and know of a good 10k loop/route, feel free to let me know.
I found a good training regiment for a 10k that is 8 weeks long, exactly how long I need.
Monday: lacing up the running shoes.
