Davis' 1st Beach Trip

So here we are at the beach. After a great CollegeLife winter retreat, we are at the beach for a few days to simply relax. I think Davis likes the actual sound of the ocean and not just the sound machine in his room. Beautiful day today. we'll add more throughout the week.

so any of you that have heard my mad beat boxing skills know that this guy blows my mind. come on davis you can do this one day!

while i was repainting a piece of furniture for davis' little room, mom and davis took a little nap on this beautiful spring like february day. enjoy these days.

Valentine's Day

happy valentine's day. davis was nice enough to get his mom a box of chocolate's (what a sweetheart). He wore his new outfit from Mooma and enjoyed a special dinner of milk.

So many have asked for more photo updates (especially those out of town family members!) So here you go.
He has been back to the doctor and is back up to his birth weight which is good, it means he is eating well. It continues to be crazy that we are now a family of three. Please continue to pray for Katie adn i to have patience, to pray more than we complain, and to truly show Davis the love of Christ.

He's here. And it's true- i never knew you could love someone you have known for such a short amount of time. He's doing great. katie is doing great. it's been really fun to have so many friends and family stop by. here are the first of many pics.
